Kristina is a dedicated massage therapist based in Reno, Nevada.  She graduated from Truckee Meadows Community College in 2022 with her Certificate for Massage Therapy.  Her journey into the world of healing began with a personal quest for balance and relief from stress and trauma.  This lead her to the transformative power of massage therapy.

 

Inspired by her own experiences, she is passionate about sharing the healing benefits of massage with others. She has developed a gentle approach to bodywork. Her focus is on the intricate systems of the body, including the nervous and lymphatic systems. Utilizing a multi-modality technique, Kristina expertly blends various methods such as Swedish massage, hot stone therapy, and aromatherapy to promote deep relaxation.  This helps alleviate issues such as headaches, anxiety, and insomnia.

 

She is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment, where clients can experience the restorative power of healthy touch. With a focus on continuous learning, she plans to further her education in craniosacral therapy and fascial techniques in the coming year.  Her goal is to enhance her ability to facilitate healing in her clients.
