Next your muscles tighten up, especially those ones you feel at the top of your shoulders.  Given the last 2 years, you might have given the knots names by now! 

Your body does not understand what the stress is, just that it needs to be prepared to keep you alive if the stress is prolonged.  The longer you struggle, the harder it is to relax.
